From Australia, applicants often need a Netherlands Driving licence for travel document renewals filed online or through a US mission. An Australian Passport Office crop will not satisfy Netherlands reviewers if the millimetre size differs.

Why Australia prints fail Netherlands licence desks
A 35 × 45 mm Australia travel print does not become a legal 35 × 45 mm licence photo by trimming one edge.
Licence desks also reject glasses glare and outdated likeness more aggressively than some passport counters.
Licence portal notes from Australia
Upload the newest Netherlands Driving licence file for the Netherlands transport authority — keep the selector off passport products.
Apply portal compression only after the licence crop is correct.
